The criteria
The landlord will look at any tenants, and judge them on their own merits so housing benefit etc would be considered, however, to pass through referencing, any tenant would need to show an income of £33000.
If unable to do that, a guarantor earning £40,000 may be considered.
Before allowing a tenant to move into a home, we will run employments checks, landlord references and a credit check and you need to be comfortable that you would pass these to avoid losing out on your holding deposit.
Please be aware, there are to be no pets, or smokers, in the property.
