Director

After 3 Decades of working for large corporate companies, Stephen decided to go it alone and open as an independent, choosing Canvey as a base due to family roots on the Island, but with a vision of servicing most of the county and utilising modern technology to help landlords and sellers over a much bigger demographic area.

Adam

Senior Property Advisor 

Adam was already in the business when he bought a home from Stephen Lane Estates, and so impressed with their approach was he, that he decided he wanted to join the team! Bringing 6 years of experience to the team, Adams main role is bringing homes to the market and presenting them in the best light

Michelle

Senior Property Advisor

Michelle and Stephen worked at a previous corporate company together and share strong beliefs on exactly how agency should work, with the clients needs at the very core of everything they do. She has been in the business for over a decade herself. 

Siobhan

Property Advisor

Having recently completed a apprenticeship with Stephen Lane, Siobhan has recently become a full time Advisor and is responsible for arranging viewings and giving you feedback. She will happily show you round homes to help you find your ideal buy/let.

Karen

Sales and Lettings Administrator

Having worked alongside Stephen for 8 years, Karen is the backbone of the office and nothing happens without passing across her desk. Our landlords rely on her to manage repairs and admin as do our sellers 

Toni

Head of Sales Progression

Anyone who has sold a home through Stephen Lane will have dealt with Toni. Her role is to keep you informed of progress on your sale, when you need someone in your corner the most. She will hold your hand through the process from start to finish

Nicole

Sales progressor  

Chasing solicitors and other agents is a time consuming job so Nicole is at hand to help Toni with that part of the job! Both Toni and Nicole have bags of experience to make your sale go as stress free as possible!

Mortgage Advisor

Simon has over 25 years of experience behind him and his friendly manner will make you feel welcome and at ease. He is here to guide you through all of the jargon involved in buying a home and will take time to make sure all your questions are answered
