After 3 Decades of working for large corporate companies, Stephen decided to go it alone and open as an independent, choosing Canvey as a base due to family roots on the Island, but with a vision of servicing most of the county and utilising modern technology to help landlords and sellers over a much bigger demographic area.

Senior Property Advisor

Michelle and Stephen worked at a previous corporate company together and share strong beliefs on exactly how agency should work, with the clients needs at the very core of everything they do. She has been in the business for over two decades herself.

Freya

Property Advisor

Freya joined us on an apprenticeship and very quickly became a crucial part of the team, skilfully helping people find their ideal home, and staying by their side through the whole process.

Karen

Sales and Lettings Administrator

Having worked alongside Stephen for 9 years, Karen is the backbone of the office and nothing happens without passing across her desk. Our landlords rely on her to manage repairs and admin as do our sellers

Head of Sales Progression

Anyone who has sold a home through Stephen Lane will have dealt with Toni. Her role is to keep you informed of progress on your sale, when you need someone in your corner the most. She will hold your hand through the process from start to finish

Chasing solicitors and other agents is a time consuming job so Nicole is at hand to help Toni with that part of the job! Both Toni and Nicole have bags of experience to make your sale go as stress free as possible!
