Prices for finders fee, marketing and management are determined on each individual property subject to the service you want. However, the ancillaries around the letting carry the following costs:

 

Referencing of tenants and guarantors - £60 per party

 

Energy performance certificates- £99

 

Legionella tests- £125

 

Full wired electrical tests- £200

 

Electrical pat testing- £70 (+2.50 per item)

 

Rent and Legal Guarantee- £170

 

Inventory (Including check-in)- £150

 

Check out- £150

 

Renewal of Tenancy- £125

 

Court Attendance- £200

 

Marketing Fee- £250 (For withdrawal, by landlord, after a let has been agreed)
